  Not sure what everyone was talking about went to this location today the young lady was very nice very understanding the security guard was very nice also answered any question I had was no problem in the smell I did not end up waiting for hours my longest wait today was about 45 minutes last year when I went my longest wait was 30 minutes but I also think it's how you go to someone if you go to them with any type of hint of an attitude or and gratefulness then you are going to get an attitude and I'm grateful this if you go to someone with a smile and say thank you and just ask them how their day is going is going to take you a long way with them they are going to try to make you happy because you just asked about them instead of thinking about yourself especially in a place like this where the lady gets yelled at every day last year she was threatened her kids was stranded and she kept telling the young man you cannot do that when she could have had him arrested so I don't think it's them try saying hello try telling people have a nice day try being a little attention to someone else and you will see that your day will go better also

  what the crap....why have a phone number if I can't contact someone. Let's make you sit on the phone for 1min 40sec ( that's how long the voicemail is ) and still hang up on you.

  Don't think you can get relative help here. Government rarely is helpful beyond forms or pamphlets on display. ATTITUDE , not good.
