  Kevin Hickey handled a horrible custody battle for me in 2014. I was a frantic mess and he handled the entire ordeal with ease. It could have been a very ugly court battle; however, Kevin settled it outside of court in less than two weeks. His response time is a standard in which all attorneys should strive to imitate. I was always informed of the progress made on my case within hours. Kevin answered the questions that I didn't know to ask. Being in the court room frequently (in a professional capacity), I have witnessed Kevin represent many types of custody cases. He is aggressive in court and will not back down. It seems that nothing can "rattle" him. Kevin is well versed in DHS/CPS cases. He takes the time to study the policies/techniques of all agencies involved. Kevin is extremely personable.
