- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I was nervous about purchasing a car but Kayla (can't recall her last name) put me right at ease from the minute she introduced herself to me. I told her what I was looking for and what price and payments I could afford. She took time to find all the cars on the lot that she thought would appeal to me and out of them I was able to pick out MY car. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Let me start off by saying Rath is a great dealership. My entire experience was nothing but honesty and their amazing need to help and find a car that was perfect for my sister. Every person at the dealership that we had any interaction with was amazing. I love our sales guy, the finance guy, and I even had a little bit of an impression of the owner and he too was very nice. Now my problem, and the whole reason for this review, is the sales manager. For the life of me, I cannot imagine why Mr Rath would hire this awesome sales team and have this popular auto shop while having the WORST taste in one of the leaders of his dealership. He is rude, condescending, disrespectful to not only the customers but very visibly and very LOUDLY, the sales team! I can't imagine running a business and ever believing how he treated anyone, much less my employees as being okay. Mr Rath, you've built a great dealership and auto shop, you've filled it with these awesome salesman and even your front desk woman was so nice, but you need to do something about that "manager" or I could very honestly see you losing some very valuable customers and maybe even employees from what my family and I witnessed.By Emily White, December 25, 2016
